Every Moya keeps drinks cold for up to 12 hours. With a spout lid or a screw-top lid, and in our Ripple and Surf mugs, drinks stay hot for up to 6 hours.

Straw lids are made for cold drinks. For hot drinks, add a spout lid when you buy your bottle, just AED 10 with a bottle, or pick one up on its own from Lids and Parts.

Our Straw Lid Set and Spout Lid fit the Starfish 500ml, Black Sea 700ml and Coral Reef 1L, and the Seashell 350ml if you already have one. The True Tide, Blue Lagoon, Ripple and Surf have their own lids.

500ml for school bags and smaller hands, 700ml as an everyday bottle and 1L for long days, training and travel. The True Tide comes in 16oz, 24oz and 32oz with a 2-in-1 spout and straw lid. Our size guide shows them side by side, to scale.

Yes, our bottles are leakproof when the lid is closed, so they can go straight into a school bag or gym bag. Ripple and Surf mugs are spill-resistant when sealed.

Certified recycled 304 food-grade stainless steel with double-wall vacuum insulation and a matte powder-coat finish. Lids are BPA-free, food-grade plastic.

Yes. Every Moya is food-grade stainless steel and BPA-free, with no plastic or metallic taste.

No, hand wash only. Dishwashers damage the seals and the finish, and that damage isn't covered by the Lifetime Promise.

Rinse it after use, especially the straw. Once a week, drop in a Moya Cleaning Tablet, fill with warm water, leave for 15 minutes and rinse.

Please don't. Water expands as it freezes and can damage the bottle. Fill it with ice instead, it'll stay cold for hours.

Yes, on every Moya bottle and cup. Just tick "Add free engraving" on the product page.

On the back of the bottle or cup, at the same height and size as the Moya logo on the front. If you need a different position or size, get in touch before you order.

Yes. We can engrave any language, up to 15 characters, in Classic, Modern or Script style.

Engraved items are made just for you, so we can't take them back unless they're faulty. Please check your text carefully before you order.

Yes, for corporate and team orders we can print or laser-engrave your logo. Tell us what you need.

We deliver across the UAE, where delivery is free on orders of AED 99 or more, otherwise AED 35. UK orders are sent from the UK, and the delivery charge is shown at checkout.

Most UAE orders arrive within 1 to 2 business days, and UK delivery times are shown at checkout. We'll email you tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email hello@lovemoya.com with your order number to start a return. If you're in the UK, you can also cancel for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Full details.

Sorry about that. Email us as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you.

Manufacturing defects, for the life of the product. If your Moya loses its insulation or a seal fails because of how it was made, we'll repair it, replace it or refund it. How it works.
