Who is eligible?
Anyone who has lost a Moya bottle and can provide a copy of the original purchase receipt or invoice. Any authorised retailer counts β€” online or in store.
What if I bought it as a gift and don't have the receipt?
A bank statement, order confirmation email, or gift receipt all work. If you're stuck, just email us at hello@lovemoya.com and we'll figure it out together.
How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to reply within 24 hours on business days. Your personal discount code will be valid for 30 days on any bottle at lovemoya.com.
Can I claim more than once?
One claim per customer. We trust our community completely β€” and ask that you trust us back. It's how we can keep doing this for everyone.
What if it was stolen, not lost?
Theft counts. If it's gone, it's gone β€” and you're covered. Just tell us what happened.
