Who can claim?
Anyone who has lost a Moya and can show the original receipt or invoice. Any Moya stockist counts, online or in store.
It was a gift and I don't have the receipt.
A bank statement, order confirmation email or gift receipt all work. If you're stuck, email hello@lovemoya.com and we'll sort it out together.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within 24 hours on business days. Your discount code is valid for 30 days on any full-price bottle at lovemoya.com.
Can I claim more than once?
One claim per customer. We trust our community, and that's how we can keep offering it to everyone.
What if it was stolen?
Stolen counts too. If it's gone, it's gone. Just tell us what happened.
