  • Everyday wear, scratches, scuffs and fading
  • Dents or damage from drops

How we count

We start with the Moya bottles and cups we've shipped since launching in September 2023: 67,227 by September 2026, or about 61 a day on average.

We assume each one replaces two single-use plastic bottles or disposable cups a week, from the day it's sold. Adding that up day by day gives the number above, and it keeps growing as more Moya go out into the world.

It's an estimate, not a measurement, and we update it as new sales figures come in.
