Moya is a brand of Love Moya Trading FZCO, DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which runs lovemoya.com.
Your order is sold to you by the Moya distributor for the country we deliver to (the "seller"):
- UAE orders: Elite Horizon General Trading LLC, Unit 13, SS Industrial Complex, Jabal Ali Industrial Area 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- UK orders: NAM Distribution LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12819437), registered office 85 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 7LT, United Kingdom.
In these terms, "Moya", "we" and "us" means Love Moya Trading FZCO and the seller of your order. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You can reach us at hello@lovemoya.com.
Orders
When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Your contract is with the seller of your order, and it starts when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) for UAE orders and in pounds sterling (GBP) for UK orders. Any VAT due and the delivery charge are shown before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Offers
The spout lid offer gives you one spout lid at the offer price for each qualifying bottle in the same order. Offers can't be exchanged for cash and may end at any time.
Engraving and personalisation
Free engraving is available on Moya bottles and cups, up to 15 characters. We engrave on the back of the product at the same height and size as the Moya logo, unless we've agreed something different with you before you order. Please check your text carefully: we engrave exactly what you enter. We may decline text that is offensive or infringes someone else's rights. Engraved items can't be returned unless faulty.

Product information
We try to show colours and details as accurately as possible, but screens vary and the finished product may look slightly different. Insulation times are typical results in normal use and depend on the starting temperature of the drink, how full the bottle is and how often it is opened.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Our content
The Moya name and logo are trade marks of Love Moya Trading FZCO. The product designs, photography and text on this website are owned by or licensed to us. Please don't copy or use them without our written permission.
Liability
We're responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law.
Governing law
UAE orders are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
UK orders are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
