Who we are
Moya is a brand of Love Moya Trading FZCO, DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which runs lovemoya.com.
When you place an order, it is sold and delivered by the Moya distributor for your country:
- UAE orders: Elite Horizon General Trading LLC, Unit 13, SS Industrial Complex, Jabal Ali Industrial Area 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- UK orders: NAM Distribution LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12819437), registered office 85 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 7LT, United Kingdom.
Love Moya Trading FZCO and the distributor that handles your order are each responsible for your personal data. In this policy, "we" and "us" means them. You can contact us about privacy at hello@lovemoya.com.
This policy follows UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR for customers in the UK.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you place an order, sign up to our emails, fill in a form or take part in a promotion, we may collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Delivery and billing addresses
- Phone number
- Engraving text and order notes
- Anything else you choose to tell us in a form or email
Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
Information collected automatically
When you use our website we may collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you visit and when, the site that referred you, and cookie and usage data.
How we use your information
- To process, engrave and deliver your orders
- To provide customer support, including Lifetime Promise and Lost Bottle Plan claims
- To send order and delivery updates
- To send marketing emails, only with your consent
- To improve our website and products
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations
Marketing emails
If you sign up, we may send you news, offers and clean-up invitations. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing hello@lovemoya.com. We don't send marketing without a lawful basis for doing so.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences and your cart, and understand how the site is used. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work properly without them.
Our lawful basis
We process your personal data on the basis of:

- The contract between us when you place an order

- Our legitimate interests, such as preventing fraud and improving our service
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the people who help us run Moya:
- The Moya distributor that sells and delivers your order
- Payment providers and delivery partners
- IT and service providers, such as our e-commerce platform and email tools
- Analytics and marketing partners
- Authorities, where the law requires it
They may only use your data for the purposes we agree with them, and must keep it safe.
International transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside the UAE or UK, and UK order details may be shared between the UK and the UAE. Where your data is transferred, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as approved contractual clauses or recognised transfer mechanisms.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your data
- Restrict or object to how we use it
- Ask for a copy of your data to take elsewhere
- Withdraw your consent at any time

Keeping your data safe
We use encrypted connections, secure hosting and access controls to protect your data. We keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or as long as the law requires.
Children
Our shop isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If we find out we have, we'll delete it.
Our Moya Kids page is made for children to enjoy with a grown-up. It doesn't ask for or collect any personal information, and game scores are only saved on the device being used.
