United Arab Emirates
UAE orders are sold and delivered by Elite Horizon General Trading LLC, from Dubai.
- Free delivery on orders of AED 99 or more.
- Orders under AED 99 have a delivery charge of AED 35, shown at checkout before you pay.
- Most orders arrive within 1 to 2 business days. Busy periods and public holidays can add a day or two.
- We email you tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
United Kingdom
UK orders are sold and dispatched by NAM Distribution LTD, from the UK. The delivery charge and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before you pay, and we email you tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Engraved orders
Free engraving is available on every Moya bottle and cup. We engrave your text before your order ships. Engraving goes on the back of the bottle or cup, at the same height and size as the Moya logo on the front. If you need a different position or size, please get in touch before you order.
Problems with a delivery
If your parcel is late or hasn't arrived, email hello@lovemoya.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
